The “Working on my well-being” initiative is recognized for its approach adapted to the needs of workplaces and facilitating access to seeking help while reducing stigma.
Objective
Provide support to organizations, so they can cultivate a work environment conducive to good mental health. We also aim to raise awareness among human resources and senior managers of the importance of playing an active role in suicide prevention, postvention and supporting the psychological health of employees in the workplace.
The initiative
Working on my well-being, is a help facilitator for
suicide prevention in the workplace. If you are an employer, in human resources or even a self-employed worker, our initiative is aimed at you.
